Todd Gadtke

Todd focuses his practice in representing consumers with defective vehicles (“lemon law” claims). After receiving his law degree, he began working for a large Minneapolis law firm representing major auto manufacturers in lemon law and personal injury claims. In 2000, Todd began representing consumers only. He has handled over 1,000 lemon law cases for consumers in Minnesota and Wisconsin state and federal courts. Todd has authored several articles on lemon law litigation. He has been asked to speak on the lemon law at continuing education courses given by the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and Lorman Educational Services. Todd has been on the faculty of ProSource Educational Services where he teaches lemon law courses. He has also been a repeat guest on WCCO radio to discuss consumer protection laws. Todd is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas (B.A., 1993) and William Mitchell College of Law (J.D., 1997). He is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin state and federal courts. Todd is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers and Hennepin County Bar Associations. He is married and has two young children.
